Andy Vitolo

Andy has directed & produced more than 35 musicals, including UK premieres of Broadway's Dracula and Little Women. 

Major stage roles include Archibald Craven (The Secret Garden), Henry/Hyde (Jekyll & Hyde) and Frederick (Chess - to Tim Rice). He has toured theatres all over the UK and was televised about his role as Chaplin (Supported by Richard Attenborough). 

While living in NYC, Andy attended the director's programme at the prestigious Lincoln Center - he worked on projects and  concepts in the US including meetings with Stephen Schwartz, Charles Strouse and Joe Stein. His production of The Secret Garden received praise from it's composer Lucy Simon. 

Andy has written and collaborated on three musicals, his work receiving plaudits from West End & Broadway producers and Dolly Parton's management. 

Andy directed The Piper and collaborated with it's Grammy winning writer, leading to directing a major Industry workshop at the West End's Savoy Theatre starring Suranne Jones. 

He is part of the highly successful songwriting partnership of King / Vitolo. Together they have had hits in Europe and significant success with major TV networks in numerous countries. They have two prominent publishers in Scandinavia and Asia and recently won Best Category in two industry leading song competitions in the US.
